This Privacy Policy governs how GenVest Solutions LLC collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://genvestsolutions.com/ website (“Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by GenVest Solutions LLC.

Users may request the removal of their accounts and the deletion of relevant personal data by sending an Account Deletion request to customerservice@genvestsolutions.com. You will be required to authenticate ownership of that address and may be asked to provide additional identification or information necessary to verify the request.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. This website uses the Google AdWords Remarketing Service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our Site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who have not completed a task on our Site. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site on the Google Display Network.
